Established in 2020, two like-minded individuals with more than 40 years of collective business experience came together with a vision. It began with a passion for our candle business, born out of the desire to make elegant, upmarket, delicately fragranced soy candles which would be resplendent in our diverse South African homes.
The need for custom-crafted gifting range became apparent, to create unique gifting for discerning South Africans – to suit their individual tastes and needs.We soon realised that we needed to create a proudly South African brand that is upmarket and distinctive, hence Equanimity was born.
